People of Fenton: Freshman Aubrey Lynch
October 31, 2017
“I flew out to Ireland from Detroit on June 29, and was there for one week. I went to Ireland with my family, as well as another family that we are close with. The plane ride was pretty good, it was just long. It was six hours there and seven and a half back because of the headwinds. It was pretty nice because I got my own TV that I could play games on and watch movies. My favorite place we visited on the trip was the Connemara Park, a park that had lots of mountains and hills that we hiked up. I loved it because we went up this one really tall mountain and saw a bunch of wild life. The views were amazing and unlike anything I’ve ever seen. I went for fun and my family, the Lynch’s, are originally from Ireland. I didn’t have any relatives that I visited while I was there, though. I would love to go back there someday because I want to explore more of the castles and be able to hike new trails.”
