“My biggest fear is letting down the people around me— especially my parents— because they have given me so much and I feel like it would be a waste to not do anything with the opportunities I have. It makes me work harder, especially in school with my advanced classes. I’m currently doing IB English, IB Biology, IB History and AP Government. I did honors (History and English) freshman year and I did AMS sophomore year. My favorite memory for both years was the big presentation at the end of the year. It ended up being really fun because groups brought in costumes and when we weren’t presenting, everyone had food so it was very interactive; I feel like it was a good way to end both years.” – junior Sylvia Kline
