“My favorite holiday is Christmas. My favorite tradition on Christmas is that every year, after Thanksgiving, I get to go to Bronners with my dad. At my mom’s, my favorite tradition is playing games and eating breakfast Christmas morning. My favorite memory of this holiday was at my old house when I was younger. There was so much snow and I went sledding on the day of Christmas and since our backyard was huge and mostly a hill, sledding was a lot of fun.” – junior Rayn Rutley

“My favorite hobbies include hockey, video games, and hanging out with friends. I’ve been playing hockey for at least eight years or something like ten years, and I really enjoy the sport, so it's a good way to spend most of my free time. ( My favorite thing about hockey is ) probably meeting new people and playing with my team. My favorite subjects in school would definitely be math or science, stuff like that. “I’m on the varsity swim team: I mostly do sprinting events such as the 100 of any stroke. I’m also pretty good at the 50 freestyle, 200 freestyle, and the individual medley. My favorite thing to do, though, is relays. I like the team aspect and being able to cheer everyone on. Outside of swimming, I like to lift, golf, and play Rainbow Six Siege. I also love being around my family: I have an older brother who graduated last year. We like to play Mario Kart together.” - Junior Finley Hughes

“I’m passionate about music and sports. I play volleyball and sing in the Ambassadors. I also lead the worship team for my youth group, which is something I love being a part of. In my free time, I enjoy reading and writing, and I hope to publish my own novel someday. After high school, I plan to attend Western Michigan University, like my mom, to study aviation and work toward my dream of becoming a commercial pilot.” -Freshman AnaLeigh Brooks

“I do like theater. It gives me a chance to not be me. Dramatic. I can be dramatic. It’s fun because I get to meet all these new people and I get to act. I help with the crew. I’m not part of the crew, but I’m part of the cast. I am a part of CTH (Community Theater of Howell), I have been there since I was 8. My grandpa directs the stuff there so I was there all the time. My third production was at Pinckney Players, and now I’m acting at FHS.” -Sophomore Kaidence Neil
