2021 final exams at Fenton High
May 27, 2021
The 2020-2021 school year is coming to a close which traditionally indicates the beginning of final exams, however, this year is not a traditional year. Fenton High final exams are now optional and meant for students who need to improve their grades.
The Fenton Board of Education has come to the decision that students who believe taking the test can increase their grade may take them. Students who have a grade lower than 60 percent are required to take exams in order to attempt a passing score for the semester in the class.
Although some students might want to take the tests anyway to raise their grades, if they get a score that ultimately lowers their grade, the test will not count.
For students not taking exams the last week of school it will be up to their teachers whether they have to come into school. Some teachers are having online check in available for their students in the last week of school.
Exams are set to take place on May 21, June 2 and June 3. June 1 will be a 1, 3, 5 class rotation as a review day for those exams the following days.
