One Eleven is a shared dining and small plate restaurant coming soon to downtown Fenton. This new restaurant is “inspired by the vibrant traditions of tapas and social dining,” according to their website 111fenton.com. The name of this highly anticipated new restaurant comes from the address of the building suite, 111 S Leroy Street.
This spot was formerly occupied by Xolo, a Latin street food restaurant that abruptly closed about a month ago. Xolo had its grand opening in October 2021. There is a second location on Saginaw Street in Flint, MI, which opened a few years before the Fenton venue in November 2019.
