Stealing the ball, senior Celeste Hindmon pushes an opponent out of the way. On May 12, the Tigers were defeated by Powers Catholic 0-1.

After switching with a teammate, sophomore Nolan Alvord pitches to a Flushing opponent. On May 9, the Tigers were defeated by the Raiders 4-9.

On his way to join the team picture, junior Zach Brown talks to his mom in between games. On May 7, the varsity baseball team hosted the annual woodbat tournament and presented pink, wooden bats to their mothers for Mother's Day.

Stepping off the mound, senior Lance Barkholz pitches against a Linden opponent. On May 2, Barkholz broke the tie at the end of the game with a walk-off, beating the Linden Eagles 4-3.

Joining the ECO club, junior Emma Dubie fills her pot with soil. To celebrate Earth Day, physical science teacher Nicholaus Jeffrey invited students to plant seeds during SRT on April 19.

Junior Erin McVey places a sample of sodium chloride into a flame. Forensics teacher Matt Sullivan had his students test how different chemicals change the colors of flames on April 8.

Freshmen Spencer Luck and Jack Coleman go head-to-head in a game of ultimate frisbee. On Mar. 23, Mrs. Moore took her gym students out to the field to enjoy the nice weather.

Working patiently, senior Hannah Ludwig paints her clay pot. On Mar. 16, Mrs. Jambeck's 2nd hour art class worked on sculptures.

Eyes on the next gate, sophomore Ryland Fairbanks makes his way through the slalom course. On Feb. 25, the varsity Alpine ski team competed at the South Eastern Michigan Ski League Championship after qualifying at Regionals.

Directing the group, Juniors Dakota Naganashe and Fiona Dunlop explain issue committees to FYI members. On Feb. 26, FYI members discussed their opinions on current issues and how to combat them.

Surrounded by opponents, junior Connor Luck goes to make a basket. On Feb. 23 the Tigers were defeated by their rival, the Linden Eagles.

Considering his next move, senior Gavin Shepherd looks for an open teammate. On Feb. 19, the Tigers defeated the Kearsley Hornets in a tight game 52-50.

After finishing her lunch, Freshman Jordyn Bliss grabs a cookie to snack on before lunch ends. Cookies are a fan favorite at the snack bar.
