“I started wrestling when I was seven years old because I had gotten tired of just sitting on the bench at meets watching my brother so I decided to give it a try. I like how it is very team oriented and it feels like a family. During meets I’ve had boys cry and one boy went out into the hallway and punch a bunch of lockers after I beat him. Being in a male dominated sport, it shows me the dedication that I have to the sport that I love and what I am capable of.”
