People of Fenton: Freshman Dominic Krusniak

Lydia Podlesak, Writer

“My favorite part of high school would be the classes. I like the difficulty of the classes as a whole. The material at this level  is more difficult. I have been with upperclassmen in my classes since 6th grade. I was super excited in 6th grade, I was ready for it, then Alg 1 I was still ready for it, but then geometry was hard for me. It was different than the classes I had in the past previous years. In geometry, our teacher was like, ‘here, figure it out yourself,’ but I think it taught me a valuable lesson on how to teach myself. I’m also looking forward to getting close with my SRT. I think it is important because they are going to be your family for the next four years. It is nice to be able to help one another out. It also is a mutual respect, if you respect them when they’re having a bad day, they’ll respect me when I’am having one. When you’re coming into high school as an incoming freshman, it is nice to be able to have a place to be able to go to and say okay I can just relax.”
