“We were discussing rights in social studies and I was a little surprised by some of classmates’ responses. We were taking a personal opinions kahoot quiz. One of the questions was, ‘As an american do you feel that you have all the rights that you deserve?’ My partner and I put down the ‘strongly positive’ answer because most countries don’t have nearly the amount of rights we have, and there are people in this country that are complaining about specific things that are only dreams in other countries. In some countries they can’t vote. They don’t get to pick their leader. We get to do that. So I would consider us pretty lucky as Americans.”
