“Before taking the Desktop Publishing and Advanced Journalism offered at FHS I had never had exposure or hands on experience with a camera or Photoshop. I was always so interested but never had an opportunity to get hands on and in depth experience I was looking for. By taking these classes throughout my high school career, I was able to experiment and express my creative side while also getting credits to graduate with. Still, even two years after graduating I am practicing and utilizing what I learned in these classes for my own on the side business, shooting professional, senior photography and videography.
