“My new puppy’s name is Hugo. We adopted him as a rescue, from Adopt-a-Pet in Fenton, so we don’t know his exact breed. But I love taking him on walks through my yard. He’s very skittish so he runs in between my legs the whole time. I love that Hugo loves to be near myself and my family. Whenever we’re sitting down he sits right next to us. Hugo is adapting to his new environment so well. We’ve only had him for a couple of days and the shelter told us he probably wouldn’t adapt well, but he’s super loving.” – senior Avery Logan
