Movies to watch out for this summer

Whether it involves heading to the movie theatre or cozying up with blankets at home, movie nights with friends are a great way to relax after an eventful summer day. Listed below are five movies to look out for this summer.
1: Mulan
The upcoming movie “Mulan”, based off of the Chinese folklore “The Ballad of Mulan”, is set to release July 24. The film is a live-action adaptation of the Disney animated film “Mulan” released in 1998.
2: Tenet
“Tenet”, an upcoming spy thriller film, is set to release July 17. This film stars John David Washington as the protagonist, Robert Pattinson (well known for his role in “Twilight” as Edward), Elizabeth Debicki, Dimple Kapadia, Michael Caine, and Kenneth Branagh.
3: The Kissing Booth 2
The sequel to the Netflix original “The Kissing Booth” is set to release July 24. It follows the main character Elle, played by Joey King, through her senior year as she struggles with her long distance relationship with Noah, played by Jacob Elordi.
4: The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge on the Run
After Gary the snail is kidnapped, SpongeBob and Patrick travel to the lost city of Atlantic City to solve this mystery, encountering danger along the way. The film is set to release Aug. 7 and is fully animated in stylized CGI, unlike the previous SpongeBob SquarePants movies.
5: Wonder Woman 1984
Sequeling the 2017 “Wonder Woman” film, the American superhero film “Wonder Woman 1984” is set to release Aug. 12. Diana Prince (Wonder Woman) faces off against Cheetah and Maxwell Lord in the action packed film.
