%E2%80%9CI+enjoy+writing%2C+painting+and+volunteering.++My+favorite+painting+was+when+I+did+a+beach+scene+with+a+couple+on+the+beach.+I+found+it+when+I+was+scrolling+through+Pinterest.+I+enjoy+painting+because+it+makes+me+feel+relaxed+and+brings+me+peace.+I+have+always+looked+up+to+my+sister+who+is+much+better+at+painting+than+me.+I+started+painting+in+about+7th+grade+and+just+fell+in+love+with+it.+I+normally+do+it+in+the+summer+because+its+just+so+calming+and+relaxing.+I+paint+with+acrylic+paint%2C+I+dont+like+the+way+the+other+paints+are+so+thin.%E2%80%9D+-junior+Ariana+Papcun
“I enjoy writing, painting and volunteering. My favorite painting was when I did a beach scene with a couple on the beach. I found it when I was scrolling through Pinterest. I enjoy painting because it makes me feel relaxed and brings me peace. I have always looked up to my sister who is much better at painting than me. I started painting in about 7th grade and just fell in love with it. I normally do it in the summer because it’s just so calming and relaxing. I paint with acrylic paint, I don’t like the way the other paints are so thin.” -junior Ariana Papcun

“I am looking forward to church camp this summer. It is through the Freedom Center church; we go to Camp Faholo. We split up into 5 or 6 groups with about 75 people per group. We compete in relays and fun lesson games. After the games we have worship to reflect on the message of the day. My favorite literary work is The Master and Margarita by Mikhail Bulgakov. After high school, I plan on going to Central Michigan University to major in film.
