Junior Isabelle Geurtin is carving shapes and patterns into her clay bowl. Theresa Moss’ sculpture and design class has been working on clay bowls for a few weeks. They make the shape of the bowl on the pottery wheel, bake and glaze them, then carve designs into the sides with clay tools.
