“My vision has changed very drastically in the sense of how much harder I would have to work for the grades I wanted and I experience I thought I would have. Before coming into high school I believed classes might be harder, but still be as easy as middle school. At the start of freshman year I barely put any effort into my grades and it showed. Now being in my second year of high school, I understand the amount of work and effort I need to put into my grades. My vision of high school changed, but for the better. I’ve pushed myself to become the student I believed I could be.” – sophomore Emma Novak
